As Connecticut Freemasons we embrace the tenets of Friendship, Morality and Brotherly Love. We do this by using the teachings of Freemasonry to better ourselves, our community and each other. At our lodge we make Masons and here at our website we show you our history, activities and schedule of future events.
The Masonic Fraternity does not invite anyone to become a member, instead we wait patiently for the special man to knock on our door and seek admittance. Perhaps your visit here is that "knock" on our outer door.

Greetings from Ansantawae Lodge # 89
It is with pleasure that I welcome you to the home page of Ansantawae Lodge # 89 AF & AM of Milford, Connecticut. As we enter 2010, we have a full calender of activities planned. All of our activities are also listed on this web page's calendar of events. I would like to thank the members of Ansantawae Lodge # 89 for electing me as Your Master. This spring we have several classes of candidates coming through the fraternity. In June we will have our annual Strawberry Festival as well as our Fellowcraft Picnic. Please check our calendar page for upcoming events. This year, the officers and I have planned many events that will be open to family and friends, so please make a note of them. At the Semi Annual Communication, October 17, 2009, the voting members of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of the State of Connecticut elected RW Brother Charles A. Buck, Jr. as Grand Master of Masons. RW Bro. Buck is a Past Master of Ansantawae Lodge #89. He will be installed as Grand Master at the Annual Communication of the Grand Lodge, to be held on April 12, 2010. |
